B26 Outboard Question

Hello, I am currently looking very serious at a Bertram 26 Convertible factory outboard. It seems like a great fit for my needs. With the depth of knowledgeon this bulleting board, is there anything I should look out for on this model? Does anyone on the board have one? Were there any problems, etc with this boat? Thanks for all your input. If not I hope to purchase the boat very soon. Thanks!
