That's a good point. I had one in my first boat, a 1969 Wellcraft StepV 20. Sweet little boat and motor. I was looking for one of those until I stumbled on Jabba Jaws, a 20 moppie, at the AC rendezvous. So far, I've done cap, rotor and wires. Points looked good & I wanted to wait to do those when I knew what the timing was, now I know I can do those as well.

Another question, what rpm range do you run at for cruise & wot?
