Reel Cowboy takes big fall

Hey guys-

One of the crew left the cradle lift in the up position and then forgot about it. Neighbors call and said the boat fell about 12- down into the slip after the cables sheared off. I didn't go out that day and got the bad news from Capt Trey. On first inspection that night in the dark, only looked like the tower was pretty much ruined. On further inspection the next day, cracks everywhere...on the fish box, along the stringers, bulkheads, everywhere inside the cabin. Motors torn away from their mounts and the port side is tilted over on the side of the hull. It will be a few days before we'll be able to get the lift repaired so we can get her out of the drink and take a look at the underside. I'm sick to my stomach while typing this and can't believe that a mistake like this would happen. I decided that this was going to be the last trip the Reel Cowboy went on without me aboard. Look what happened. I'm going to call the insurance company in a little bit and was wondering if you guys might have some advice for me before talking with them? Looking at my policy didn't reflect anything about stupid mishaps not being covered. Don't know if she's a total or not, but there's going to be a lot of glass work if not. She's insured for $150k. I guess that the tower will be $15-$20k for starters. All of the supporting is cracked also. What else do I need to have looked at?
Andre, I could sure use some advice.
