The aft weight will make a big difference, don't change prop/pitch until you are back together and loaded as you will run the boat. I can see a 200 rpm difference (less rpm) when I'm light loaded and fuel tanks are close to empty. The aft weight trims out the boat, plowing is not the way to run. I like to load the cooler and dive tanks as far back as I can get them.
