Hal,

I had a local chrome plater polish my aluminum legs for $375. Looked like chrome. Even with Corrosion X they have started to show some wear. Showed them to the guy that did the job and he said just bring them back whenever I am ready and he'll take care of me. This is in the Long Island, NY area. His chrome work is outstanding, and even suggested chroming the legs this winter. I also have all the little support brackets to do and the aluminum arm pieces as well. Gave them a lot of work this past off season and the owners seem to like me, maybe being former B31 owners has something to do with it? They presently have a 48 viking, anyway I will continue to give them my business, besides doing nice work they are real nice people to deal with.
