Outriggers

My Perkos were probably as old as the boat, 1975. They gave up the ghost.
I'd like to replace them. Two options are
1. 18 2/3' slipins to the wishbones with spreaders.
2. 16' Lee (strongs) without spreaders.
My question is which are better suited for a 31 FBC?
