Like Walter said Scotts Liquid Gold works great I've been using it for 27 years on my 31. It doesn't smell as bad as Penatrol, I get it at Lowes or Home Depot about $5.50 per can, comes in lemon or regular scent. On the interior I use it a couple of times a year, if you have the old wood grain Formica exterior bulkhead every 3 weeks in the Florida sun. And it works great for a qiuck touch up on teak trim in the cabin and cockpit. I'm up in Massachusetts until November 1st having my right knee replaced for the second time, my 44 year old 31 is in better condition than my 58 year old body and more than likely will out last me.
