Your leak is in the hose going from your transmission oil cooler to the oil pressure gauge. For starters you can remove the hose from the cooler and replace it with a threaded cap. It's a thin black hose with a threaded fitting screwed into the cooler. Cap the hose too or you'll get more oil in the bilge than you already have. Once done, refill the transmission and you'll be totally functional, but that gauge will not be working. You will have to trace where the leak is in the hose. This can be difficult as the hose is usually black. Look at areas where chafing might occur (bends, etc) It's actually easier to spot when it's running and the oil is being pushed through under pressure. Put paper towels the length of the run. Once you find the leak you can either splice it or replace the entire length. If you had not found oil in your bilge, I'd have suspected a bad transmission oil cooler and told you to look at that engine's exhaust for oil sheen. No need to haul and its a cheap you-can-do-it fix. The exact same thing happened to me except I finally lost my tranny completely after several experiences like yours. After the fix, no problems at all. Walter
