Gasoline Stablitiy

I have had gasoline sitting in my tank for 3 years granted I used stablizer and all.. What can I expect to happen if I use it.?.. If I do opt to have it pumped out.. Who might I contact to do this or who might take it away..Let me see 200 gallons at $ 3.00 /gal.
