They are 230hp at 3900 wot.
Your upper rpm is close, it can go down another 50.

Your needing "much more" ain't gonna happen.

I would try dumping cup to #3 and increase pitch to achieve more speed. Might get you 1 to 3 knots.

As far as mileage goes, that depends on engine loading. Since you are 50 high, lowering that to 3900 will increase fuel burn.

The problem is you have that mechanical compressor/turbo combination. I ain't seen great mileage out of that design.

By the way, that model eats belt tensioners.
