Prop Size for 43 Volvo's

I recently repowered with a new set of 43 KAMD Volvos, and am having trouble finding the right prop size.
I have a 1974 31 FBSF and currently have 4 blade 18 x 18.5 with a #6 cup. I have a hurth 2:1 gear with 1 3/8" shaft.
Currently I am at 3950 WOT and crusie at 3400 rpms with a speed of about 21.5 knots buring about 1.3 nmpg.
I feel that I can be getting a lot better speed and fuel economy with the right set of props.
Any help on what the right prop size for these engines would be greatly apprecatied.
