Yeah Guys, I know the prices down there are really something. Canal front houses that look like double wides on stilts are $700K. I would love to be able to keep her in the back yard and have the house we want but it just isn't going to happen wifewise or moneywise. I really hate to part with her especially now that she is so beautiful but somethings got to give and she is it. Maybe another Bert in the future after we get settled again. Thanks to all! Any potential buyers just call!
