Radar Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Raytheon R20 radar that just started acting up. Coming in from the canyon, I started to lose sections of the sweep. When I turn the gain up, only certain sections show returns. It has now gotten worse, it seems that even with the gain all the way up, the damn thing barely returns. I resoldered the connector, hours of useless work, and, nothings changed! Any ideas? This is the time I need my radar, running out at 2am to go to the canyons, etc, the timing sucks!
