Deck Question, Gap Filling, Patrick?

Patrick and other knowledgeable fiberglass types. Upon my new Bertram deck installation I have two big gaps at my hind corners I'm concerned about as it shows there. My side panels only cover the sides and my transom panel covers the transom to a certain point as my corners are exposed only. So what is your recomendation for filling that flush with the deck surface so my scuppers drain properly. I'll email you a pix of my old deck for reference.(I don't know how to post a pix here).
