Thanks Bruce,

Your explaination and formulas on Inverter Use /Battery Life helped me quite abit.

Other then the one time my wife thought she'd use the inverter to make some pasta in the reactor out on a mooring, while I took the Dog for a walk, I never really had a problem with Battery life.

As mentioned I keep the inverter on a Deep Cycle Battery, charged thru an isolator and used for the toys only. I would think with the limited use, even at low idle speeds the alternator would keep it charged up.
