I think it add's some much needed class to the RLDT, and it probably makes it a marganily dry boat.
Dug, I'M sure it wasn't cause he didn't like you, I can't think of any one that doesn't think your # 1.

Also haveing seen some of the "projects" you've been involved in, (rub rail, not to mention a couple of others) and the manner you've tried to complete the project's(till your given the the info on the right caulking gun), I can understand why he didn't want you to be involved.
Lesson here, desk jockeys should fy thier desks and let us uneducated blue collar guys do our jobs.
