Joe, good idea. I didn't realize the manifold was aluminum, so now know why the galling seized it up that bad. I have a hand hacksaw for just a blade and may try that in the morning, cut it some and try to knock it out with a punch. Guess the thread is some sort of NPT? I have all the taps for that and can get nipples from the hardware store down the street. On the other hand, I'm gonna spend some time trying that can be better spent getting paid ditch digger wages by my favorite Uncle.
