OK, so you added an in-line electric fuel pump? Tell me where in relation to the primary genset fuel filter. Loosen the banjo fitting where the fuel line goes into the injector pump and run the elecric pump. You should get lots of clean feul out of the banjo fitting. The mechanical pump on those Kubota engies are weak and won't pull the fuel up reliably with the genset mounted that high above the fuel supply, so the electric boost pump is a necessity. Need to check all fittings and hoses downstream (to the tank) from the electric boost pump for air leaks. If you get a lot of fuel out of the banjo, and see no air leaks between the tank and the electric pump, consider a bigger electric pump. Gotta have a lot of fuel pressure up to the injector pump or they will starve out.
