Don't overlook the SiTex SP 70/80. Simple, cheap, and works all the time. 12 years on mine. All autopilots need to be carefully calibrated to your rudders and steering system. My SiTex worked ok before I put the giant Capt. Patrick rudders on, then took an hour or two to calibrate the new rudders to the pilot, and she will hold to one, repeat ONE, degree calm or rough.
