Based on the size, you should be close to the target rpm of 3900.

You will want on sea trial to have the boat full fuel, water and supplies as you will run it.

If off, the prop shop can re size the props.
Just give them the max rpm you are turning.

Just a question.
Why did you go with the 1.5:1 instead of the 2:1 gear?
