3 blade, 4 blade or 5 blade

I am thinking of changing from 3 blade propellers to 4 or 5 blade props on a 25' fbsf with twin 220 HP 318's running v drives. Current set up is 15 x 22.5 with 1/16th cup. The boat runs well with this set up, but prop guy tells me that we can see some improved fuel effeciency from the 4 or 5 blade, a good thing for us canadians as marine fuel is about $3.25 US per us gallon. Ouch.

Any thoughts on the change? He is willing to let me try them, but changing them over is a big hassel, so I want to know if it worth trying and see if anyone else has some experience.
