Walter;
Returned home to find your fabulous cook book. Started reading it last night. Like my mother I tend to read them cover to cover. Already found some stuff and wish I had some more of the UVII wahoo. Illustrations are fun and informative. THought I knew some stuff but once again you're teaching me.
Guys, if you want to know more about our favorite sports of fishing and fish eating Walter's cook book is great; a lot more than just a cook book. He has contributions from charter boat captains all over the planet, plus everything you every wanted to know about preparation and cooking. And this from a guy who has only read the first several pages.
Thank you, my friend, I will cherish and use it always.
