38 Bert GPH question

Hi guys, I am making a delivery from Cabo to Puerto Vallarta very soon on a 38 Bert with 653's in her. Can't get hold of the old owner, the new owner has not a clue as to her fuel consumption since he just bought her. She hold 400 usable and the run is 280 miles straight line. Any idea of the consumption at 10 knots? Thanks,
