Walter,
Champlin's says they will guarantee you, and only you, a dock space that you can get in and out of. I am planning to go down there the week before the rendezvous and scope out which part of the marina we will occupy, with the aim in mind of facilitating everybody's needs. These people are amazing. They refuse to commit to ANYTHING (with the exception of a space for walter) so you can't pin them down.
