I'd suggest using a hard rubber roller or firm squeegee to rub down the Nautilux to work out any possible air bubbles underneath. Make sure the plywood and back of the nautilux are perfectly clean and flat before applying. The smallest spec of dirt or tiny lump will magnify and look like a mountain if you don't. I wrapped mine around amd stapled with stainless staples underneath and sealed any corner where water might intrude, even after epoxying the plywood. The curved hatches have to be carefully cut as do the ss edgings. The Nautilux and edgings add up to more space than you'd think, so the fitting of the hatches could get snugger than you'd expect. Good luck!
