Vic;

Just a couple of thoughts for what its worth; First, have you tried starting it with the port motor running? If both the motors on the single feed are running, do you have a problem, or is it with the generator running only that you have an issue? Thought here would be that you have an air leak on the main motor side and the genset is more sensitive. Would it be possible to cap the main side and run the genset? Can you dump the fuel hose for the genset directly in a jug of diesel just to help isolate the problem? Mabye try it both before and after the electric pump?

Also, you said the run solenoid is definetly engaged? Was thinking mabye the temp shut down was disengaging the run solenoid after the twenty minutes.
