Some people will claim responsibility, but don;t send them money. Many spoke at public hearings to slam these ppl and there is much credit to go around. Bottom line tho, as in everything with fish-o-crats, is to stay on top of it. Let the fish-o-crats adn your elected sleaze, er, officials, know that keeping the bati takers out is helping. It's stops being anecdotal at some point...
