I took the liberty of urging them to contact both the owner of the boat, and/or the person driving the boat. In short they may be strongly misrepresenting the boat that they are selling and if nothing else need to request permission to use the photograph prior to doing so. In most cases, payment must be made along with approval requested.

Let's see what they say... All I said was true.

Interesting that they decided to take and use a picture of one of the best boat restorations around to represent the boat for sale. I would love to know what the actual hull for sale looks like!
