I had trouble on my 1973 B28 getting ANYONE to insure down in south FL after last year's hurricanes. I found an agent in Anapolis, MD that brokered an "agreed" hull value with $300K/$300K liability. The FL carrier is Progressive. Try this guy or check out their web-site... they specialize in marine insurance:
