Lee Sr mounting

Okay, I've stared at these bases for an hour now and can't figure out how they mount. Wayne, I got them last week, and thanks...they are in mint shape. They are a bit different than the ones currently on your boat...the clamps have no "handles" to tighten/loosen them for example. Interesting little release latch too...anybody got these and have a pic? Couldn't make out much from the images section...I've got a pic of the parts that Wayne sent, but don't know how to attach it...
