Hull No. Question

Well I found my hull number for the Can Do It. It is PR312170. All I can decipher is the 31 and maybe the PR means professional? It was an Air Force Pilot training boat years ago. 1970 hull.Does anyone know what all these figures mean? Signed "Wish I was Fishin" Dave K
