Mike,

Any prop shop should be able to supply with new couplings. The Coupling must be trued to the shaft for a dead 90° rotation. The shop should dimple the shaft for the set screw(s). Solid, (not split), are our preference.

When re-installing them, use TefGel or lithium grease between the shaft and coupling. Use red locktight on the set screws. They should also be drilled for monel safety wire.
