Couplers for 454's mercruisers

Does anyone know where I can buy new shaft couplers for a 1-3/8 shaft connecting to a 1.52 Velvet drive.

I pulled the boat yesterday in search of the cause of a port side vibration I discovered upon launching last week.

The port Cutlass was a little loose, I could not find any movement when checking it out by hand, but when movig the shaft with a 2x4 I could feel it translate slightly inside the bearing.

The couplers have always bothered me. The set screws seem to get loose. They needed to be tightened several times a year in order to keep the shafts from pulling out while in reverse. I had switched from the cup set screws to the cone style and this reduced the frequency of re-tightening but was not the fix.

Are split shaft couplers better? should the shaft be pinned in place? Should I mill a flat onto the shaft where the set screw lands?
