Don't you love it when your making that perfect dock with lots of people all over the place and one of you new mates/guest slips the spring line to the stern cleat. Boat make that sudden stop as the bow starts swinging to the neigbors boat. Almost as good as when the "new crew" gives you the all clear and you still have a line attached. Yeah I second "I'll do it myself, Thank You Very Much" ( But if you wouldn't mind moving Out of the DAMM WAY I'd like to get the line off and back to the helm, BEFORE I drift into the neighbors boat, said to myself with a large smile planted on my face of course )
