I used to run my 28B all the time by myself. Fluking or trolling for stripers off the beach. One day I caught over 30 stripers in a couple of hours. Man was I tired from jumping off the flybridge to reel in another big one. I did not come back to dock and say I need to get some center console.I made many overnight trips offshore with 4-6 guys. Jeez you and the wife sleep in the V-birth and put the kids on the fold down setee. I am 6'2 and I fit. It's a 28 not a 33 or bigger. Shallow water, well you need three feet to be safe. A 28B is not a backwater bay boat. Get a whaler or a skiff like most of us already have. I am not really tring to bust your chops; but what are you thinking? If you want a bigger boat go buy one; but some clorox bottle boat come on. Maybe you should consider a searay.
