I'm sticking with my 1000 lbs figure. You'll need a 2.5 yard dumpster and a shovel. Open it up as far as you can and start digging. Replace with closed cell foam and seal her up. Take a moisture meter to the tramsom. It may feel solid from the outside, but chances are that it's wet too. In fact, I'll bet another $1.00 on that....
Don't dispair. You could probably use the thing soaking wet. That's what most people have been doing for the last thirty years. Just drop in an engine and fire it up. Just make sure to seal up the scuppers. The B20 is not self bailing, it's self sinking. You'll want to close them or raise them even with the wet foam removed.
The B20 is a great little boat, and worth the effort to restore. Just make sure that you know what you're geting in to from the get-go.
