I had a 20 Moppie that suffered from wet foam. As a pratical solution two 5 inch round inspection ports were cut into the deck on either side as far aft as possible. A sort of well was dug out of the foam under the ports clear to the bottom of the hull. Water would collect here and could be sponged out. It took about a week of good drying weather and daily sponging to get her really dry, but it beat the heck out of ripping out the whole deck.
