Wet foam removal on a B20

My "new" B20 Baron weighs 2780 lbs with no motor or seats. Under the old seats there are holes in the floor, the foam underneath is saturated. It could be isolated because of the holes, but I need to know what a 20' Baron without a motor should weigh.

My plan to get the foam out involves cutting off the deck at the joint and removing it, cutting the liner at the joint and pulling the liner right out. this will give me full access to all the foam and the stringers. I am intersted in all comments negative, positive and practical.

there is no motor in it at this time and the deck and floor seem to be in really good shape. the transom also seems to be perfect.
