UVI boats will have fuel at Port Eads, maybe others will not. Just I.D. yourself at the fuel dock as a UVI boat and it will happen. Won't hurt to call South Pass Marina on VHF 68 and do your ID early, and tell them how much you need. We will have fuel. I know why fuel has been short down there, and it is not a problem for the UVI.
