I have the same gears with over 2,000 hours and just fill them to the full mark on the dipstick (use non-detergent 30w oil) and forget them. Make sure you chafe gaurd the hoses to the cooler with some slit heater hose wire tied to keep from chafing the hoses. I have two of the manuals if you want a copy. Oil change interval is 1,000 hours.
