Dug, the transom is totally sound - I think they glassed everyting in with the Barons. As far as the wet foam, I think you're all right. I saw a technique on the Donzi site that showed them cutting the hull to deck joint and lifting the whole liner out to gain access to the hull, fuel tank etc...I think it might be a better way than cutting out and reglassing the floor. With no motor in her this is probablt the time to do it - no wires, hoses or steering to unhook.

I welcome support or dissension, we'll do a pool on "guess the weight of the foam"
