You can easily get a genset outboard of either engine with you little Yannies. My a/c is under the galley counter (I have no frig, just a built in microwave there) with one outlet into the salon and the other into the v-berths. Works great on both heat & cool. Use at least a 12K unit, and try to stay away from the digital controls. The old rotary Cruiseaire ones work the best.
