Thanks for the ideas Walter, I worked on it today and found a few things. The reason they both died is because the paralleling sw was miswired. Both ignitions were tied to one pole instead of on opposite poles. I disconected the Par. sw. and the port eng fired up normally. The stb is still not working, so there must be a short or something in that circuit. I was able to start the stb eng by hot wiring the coil to the batt. and shorting the starter with a big screwdriver. Ran great. There is supposed to be another engine harness conector near the helm station, any idea where that thing is?
