20' Baron Hull # for Tommy

I took delivery of hull # 200-1122 today. My question - it weighs 2,780 lbs without motor or drive. The brochure says 2500 lbs - but is that with or without power? if I'm only 300 lbs overweight, I'm not too worried. If I'm 1,300 overweight, the foam is wet and has to come out now. Any comments?

This is a project boat with no power in it but so far everyting is looking great structuraly, the transom is good, so I want to go ahead and put a motor in her this summer then do the full cosmetic restoration next winter.
