Terry, depending on your 454's, you may still have some good resale value remaining on them. I have heard of 6-8000 for them as take outs. That can go a long way to help defray costs.

And the yanmars are now 240 hp, and will only be available in the current configuration until next year, when they will be redesigned as electronic and common rail injection system. That will probably work great but also have a commensurate price increase.
