You know I still think that CX and the stuff we used in the Marine Corps, CLP, are at least cousins.

Got the same kind of smell, I know after may hours cleaning weapons. Also, same way of continuing to work. It was well known that CLP would continue to weap carbon from you weapon if left on in any quantity.

So another use may be in cleaning your favorite side arm or rifle. Just don't be surprised after a cleaning with CX, you think it's clean only to check it a month later and find more carbon coming off.

Well, back to the real world..
