Ed, is that Sizzle stuff a mix of reformed hydrocloric and hydroflouric acids? I use some stuff called Aluma Brite that is only sold in Coonassland, guess since the EPA zeros in on them a lot. Probably works a little better than plain old hardware stroe muriatic acid, but the muriatic works fine if cut 50/50. You can see the scale (actually just sodium stuff) boil out of the HE with the muriatic mix in about the first 10 minutes, and leaves a nice scum on top, showing you are doing some good.
Acid is your friend, just learn how to use it in moderation, and flush, flush, flush with fresh water, and if you think you have some concentrated where you can't get at it, pour some Clorox in it and it's dead. Takes rust stains off fibergalss in a second or two.
