How Much Epoxy do I need?

I have cut new bulkheads for my B20 project out of 3/4 teak plywood and want to use Patrick's method of epoxy sealing before varnish.

Basically I have 1 4'X8' sheet of plywood that needs to be saturated before varnish.

The epoxy that I have in the area is System Three and I can get it in 1.5 and 3 quart kits.

Will I need more than 1.5 quarts to do the saturation?
