They are nothing but small diameter stainless sailboat stay cable, small stainless turnbuckles, and swaged ends. Go to any blowboat yard and they will make you one up in 10 minutes. On the other hand, take the spreaders off and catch more fish - flexible outriggers with tag lines do that.
