UV gets the cigar.
They are no 50 cal holes. Believe me I've made to many of them and know.
They would be round 1/2" holes.

Look up close and you will see the square features of the holes along with very narrow punctures from a fork lift tip.

Uncle Sam likes to waste our money then make something unusable when they are done just so we can't have what they did.
Nothing like sell it for the best money so we can reduce the budget requirements for next year.

Oh no. That would make sense.
